Suzanne began shaping this vision when she founded McKenzie Drake in 2009 after building a successful career in delivering relocation services to Fortune 500 companies and their employees at a previous firm. Suzanne is highly regarded for her expertise in nationwide corporate housing, apartment leasing, and real estate services. She also is a subject-matter expert in expatriates and addressing the issues that often arise in an international relocation.
Suzanne works tirelessly to promote a company culture that strives to redefine what customers expect in the relocation process. Suzanne, a native Houstonian, has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2001 and earned her Brokers License in 2005. She is one of 837 Real Estate Brokers in the United States to hold the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of Houston. Suzanne serves on the corporate guild for Dress for Success Houston and is actively involved in Susan G Komen for the Cure, and the Krist Samaritan Center. She is a member of the Women Business Enterprise Association, Houston Association of Realtors, Houston Apartment Association, Corporate Housing Providers Association, Worldwide Employment Relocation Council, Houston Relocation Professionals, and numerous other industry associations.
With a strong background in apartment leasing and property management, Krista has a customer-centric approach that is guided by her principles of delivering on her promises. Her responsibilities include meeting and greeting clients, managing reservations and leases, and all of the many things that go into the preparation of our units prior to move in, as well as making sure that any and all issues are immediately addressed and resolved throughout our clients’ stay. Krista brings the perfect mix of hard work and dedication, with a healthy dose of team-spiritedness, which is essential in such a fast-paced industry where client satisfaction means everything. Krista is a native Houston and a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she earned her degree in Agriculture Leadership and Development. This dynamic degree combines a major curriculum of study in management, sales and marketing. While attending Texas A&M, Krista became a licensed Realtor and was the “go to” girl for apartment leasing. She also appeared on radio shows, which helped her market herself and make a name for herself among her peers. Krista stays very involved in the real estate industry and enjoys volunteering in the local community. She is also a member of WBEA (Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance).

Leslie Johnson knows Houston well, having lived here for more than 25 years. As a former resident of Camp Logan, she has personally experienced the schools and community in the Memorial Park, downtown and Galleria areas. As a current resident of Bay Oaks, Leslie is also knowledgeable of the Clear Lake area and the multitude of amenities it has to offer.
Leslie graduated from the University of Houston with a BS in Accounting. Prior to joining McKenzie Drake, she was global cash manager in treasury operations for the world’s third largest chemical company.
A member of Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, Leslie also volunteers for the March of Dimes, Dress for Success, Race for the Cure and other local charities.
As a Realtor, Leslie’s primary goal is to ensure that each of her clients gets the personal attention he or she deserves. She treats every client professionally and maintains an open line of communication to serve all of her clients’ needs.
On a personal note, Leslie and her husband Nate, a Director for iGate Technologies, enjoy spending time with their two children, travelling, attending football games, dining out and playing golf.
Corrie takes great pride in helping her clients buy, sell and lease properties. She doesn’t just want to find a house for her clients, she want to help them find their “home.” As such, she is committed to representing her sellers to the highest caliber and making sure that their properties are properly represented. Whether her clients are looking for a rental property or are interested in buying or selling a home, Corrie says that it is important that her clients find joy in the process. Her goal is also to build strong relationships with the clients she represents that last longafter the real estate transaction. Prior to working in real estate, Corrie spent several years working in the corporate world as a Customer Service Supervisor and Branding Manager. She leverages that experience in working with her clients today, as she knows that customer service is the key to having happy clients. She also understands how important it is to successfully market herself and her properties within the Houston market. Corrie stays very involved in her local community by participating and volunteering in the following organizations: Texas A&M 12th Man Foundation, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Corridor Rescue, Scouts Honor, and Forgotten Dogs of the Fifth Ward. Corrie is a native Houstonian, which she says is an important advantage for her clients, since she has knowledge of many different areas of Houston. She holds a BA degree in English from Texas A&M University, and a MACC (Masters of Art Christian Counseling) degree from Houston Baptist University.
